The Aide to Extraction (ATOE) is designed to facilitate the removal of grafts during the CIT^TM method of follicular unit extraction. The ATOE is made of stainless steel. The device allows for ease of graft removal following minimal depth extraction. The tips have offset groves so that one may grasp the grafts without damaging them. The ATOE is designed so that multiple grafts may be accumulated at one time by the ATOE.

The use of the ATOE minimizes follicle injury and speeds up the graft removal process. Generally, we extract 25 grafts at a time with the ATOE. We then place the 25 grafts in a storage solution.
