I have seen many people practices and how they perform hair surgery. Your methodologies are the most advance and sophisticated I have seen.Much more important, they are common sense and within reach. Your device is certainly better than the NeoGraft, Harris, or True devices. I feel the Artas still has a way to go. They are working out the flaws. In Orlando when they demonstrated the Artas device, I was not impressed with the harvested grafts. Their stated harvest rate may be fast once you get the spreading device attached. But the details and other requirements between changing areas slows down the device dramatically. They were only able to do 600 grafts in two hours on one case they demonstrated. I wonder how the device would be if they used your punches and design. Thank you very much for the fast repair! Everything works perfect. I did 2100 FUE's yesterday and 2300 today. I'm used to do 500 extractions in half an hour and make a few minutes pause and continue this way. I started to reduce the diameter of the punch and I get still good FUs with a low transection rate and less skin. With the modification I think the PCID runs smoother and the serrated punches are really great. With them I can work faster and I was already fast!
